Savvier's "Satisfaction Guarantee" policy allows our customers to evaluate their purchases for up to 30 days. If our customers are not completely satisfied during this evaluation period, they can return their purchase to receive a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping and handling charges. The only maintenance the product requires is cleaning. Remove the batteries of the product if you do not use the appliance for more than 8 days. Do not connect your product to another electricity source other than batteries.
Customers do not need to call before returning a product for a refund. In order to receive a refund, customers should simply return the product to our customer service center (The Ab Belt™, 7850 Ruffner Avenue, Dept. 4000, Van Nuys, CA 91406) at their expense with appropriate shipment insurance. Customers are encouraged to use a mail carrier that will track the shipment and verify its safe delivery. Customers should also include their name, address and phone number to ensure the refund is applied correctly. Customers are also encouraged to include a note with a brief reason for the return and identify any defects in the product, although this is not required to receive a refund. The Ab Belt™ customers must return all components that were originally shipped, except for any items advertised as free gifts.
Savvier's customer service center will issue a refund (either by credit card refund or by mailing a refund check) within 10 business days of receiving the returned merchandise, as long as the return qualifies for a refund in accordance with the conditions specified in this Satisfaction Guarantee. If the returned merchandise does not qualify for a refund or is incomplete, then Savvier's customer service center will attempt to notify the customer of what additional steps must be taken in order to qualify for a refund.
In the event a product is damaged during shipment to the customer, Savvier will ship a replacement at no additional charge, provided the customer notifies Savvier's customer service center of the damaged shipment within 5 business days of receiving it.
Customers who have enrolled in an automatic ongoing shipments program may cancel all future shipments at any time by calling Savvier's customer service center at 800-279-7461. To receive a refund on a shipment made prior to cancellation, just return the merchandise, as mentioned earlier in this Satisfaction Guarantee.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY FOR THE PRODUCT AND ITS ACCESORIES, AND THERE ARE NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES, ORAL OR WRITTEN, PROVIDED BY SAVVIER. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES APPLICABLE TO THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING ANY WARANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE 30 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE/WARRANTY PERIOD.
YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY, IN LIEU OF ALL INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING FOR NEGLIGENCE, IS LIMITED TO A REFUND OR THE REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT, UNDER THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. CUSTOMER'S ARE REQUIRED TO FIRST MEDIATE THEIR DISPUTE WITH A MUTUALLY AGREEABLE THIRD PARTY NEUTRAL LOCATED IN SAN DIEGO COUNTY CALIFORNIA, OR AS OTHERWISE MUTUALLY AGREED, PRIOR TO INITIATING ANY CLAIMS FOR ANY BREACH OF A WARRANTY FOR THE PRODUCT. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
